Bryant Park is well-maintained botanical garden, planned and built in 1908 by a forest officer from Madurai, H.D.Bryant, and named after him. Shembaganur Museum is museum of Natural history founded in 1895 and offers extraordinary collection of more than 500 species of animals, birds and insects and a living collection of over 300 exotic orchid species. Silver Cascade is a 55-metre waterfall formed from the outflow of Kodaikanal Lake. Dolphin’s Nose is flat rock projecting over a breath-taking chasm 6,600 feet deep. Kurinji Andavar Murugan Temple is Hindu Temple dedicated to deity Sri Kurinji, who is the Lord of Murugan temple was built by European lady in 1936.
